your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
TOWNHOUSE
CUTIE
The homeowners of this cute townhouse had an empty dirt backyard that was completely unused. They reached out to Birch River Design with a request for a patio space that would be beautiful to look at, but were restricted from attaching anything to the walls that enclosed this space. As a solution, we opted to design and build free standing trellises. A circular paver patio was added for small gatherings. The plant palette is largely comprised of California native plants along with succulents. This previously unused space is now a relaxing retreat for our clients.
