your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
SUSTAINABLE
LANDSCAPE
The young family of this newly remodeled home requested a low-maintenance and low-water landscape consisting primarily of California native plants. A no-mow ground cover lawn was added for relaxing on a warm day, along with a new bluestone patio and LED lighting throughout. This sustainable Birch River Design landscape also includes a bio-swale with the home’s downspouts diverted to the new bio-swale (riverbed).
