your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
SUNNY RETREAT
The client of this sunny back yard requested relaxation areas and protection from the hot summer sun. To address the needed sun protection, two new pergolas were custom-designed by Birch River Design and painted blue – the client’s favorite color. Meandering paver pathways, a retaining wall, and a low-water plant palette were also added. LED lighting for night-time entertaining and safety were the perfect finishing touches for this back yard retreat.
