your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
RANCH CHARMER
The existing hardscape and plants of this ranch home were tired and in need of an upgrade.
Birch River Design upgrades included stonework added to the porch surround and low walls, along with a new paver path and driveway. The new hardscape nicely accents the existing brickwork. The existing trees and front fence were incorporated into the new landscape including the addition of LED lighting that gently lights specimen trees. The plant palette consists of low and medium water plants.
