Birch River Design works in conjunction with Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and Contractors to complete
your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
POLLINATOR GARDEN
The client’s front yard consisted of a new fence, new hardscape, several trees and a few existing large shrubs, but it was in need of a refreshing update to tie it all all together. Birch River Design added pollinator plants including California natives, Mediterranean plants, and new fruit trees were added to this corner lot including a small dymondia ground cover lawn (an area for holiday displays, when in season.)
