your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
OUTDOOR KITCHEN RETREAT
The young family of this outdoor kitchen retreat requested a space for the children to run barefoot and play. Birch River Design’s solution was the addition of new stone pavers, cooler on bare feet than the original pavers. The old outdoor kitchen was moved and upgraded with an expanded counter space, sink and more. A curved stone bench was added for additional seating. A large pergola for relaxing out of the sun was added along with shade structures over the back windows of the house to help diminish the bright interior light levels. LED lighting was added for safety and entertainment.
