your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
SPORTS COURT
The original back yard of this home included a large deck with various levels that needed to be reconfigured into a more usable and safe space. The new landscape includes a sports court for volleyball and basketball (with a passage gate to retrieve any balls that may end up in the alley behind the property) and plenty of room for entertainment and game viewing. This Birch River Design also includes night lighting, drought tolerant plants and a small herb and fruit garden (with Black Swallowtail caterpillars) in the lower section of the yard. The two upper deck areas include more space for entertaining, additional plants and new cable railing.
