MID-CENTURY
EICHLER

The floor to ceiling glass windows of this Mid-Century Eichler home commanded a new landscape that harmonized with the interior’s warm color palette and attention to detail. Birch River Design expanded the existing hardscape for additional entertainment areas including a new concrete gas firebowl and LED lighting. The lawn was replaced with a no-mow ground cover and the new plant palette consists primarily of low water plants. Additionally, Mexican weeping bamboo was added to the existing clumping bamboo screen.

This landscape was also featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine's article "An Eichler Expressed" and on the cover of their 2020 Exterior & Landscape Special.
