your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
MEDITERRANEAN RETREAT
The clients of this home reached out to Birch River Design for a low water, low maintenance, bird friendly landscape design that incorporated succulents. Their existing pool was under utilized, wasted water, and was high maintenance; it needed to go. After the existing pool and wooden decks where removed, the space dramatically opened up leaving room for multiple entertainment areas, including a bocce ball court, a firepit area and the future kitchen. String lights were added above the bocce ball court and soft LED lighting was added to the entertainment areas and the water feature.
Phase two will include an outdoor kitchen and shade structures.
