(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)

CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
JAPANESE INSPIRED EICHLER
The homeowners of this Mid-Century Eichler home previously had a lackluster Japanese-style landscape in need of an update. They reached out to Birch River Design to create a more drought tolerant landscape that better complimented their Eichler home. To address this, the lawn was removed in the front yard and was replaced with a no-mow ground cover. A new dry creek bed was positioned near existing trees adding to the Japanese inspired aesthetic. The new plant palette consists primarily of low water plants. The warm color palette repeats the home’s accent color. LED lighting was added under select specimen plants.
