your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
GLOWING GARDEN
The owners of this Mid Century Eichler home were in the midst of a remodel when they reached out to Birch River Design. They had a clear vision of what they wanted for their new landscape but needed some guidance. The focus of the home's courtyard is activity & entertainment. It includes a fire table with built-in seating, an area for grilling is hidden behind the seating area, basketball hoop for playing “horse” (a family favorite) and lighting. The plants are low water plants & succulents. The side of the home includes two large raised redwood planter boxes for vegetables & herbs.
The backyard can be viewed from the main living area, master bedroom and kitchen of the home. The clients requested a Japanese style and wished to display some of their statues. The focus of this area is relaxing and serene, a place to unwind.
