your landscape design as needed.
PRICING
PARTIAL & FULL SCHEMATIC PLANS:
• Initial site visit and written design proposal: $95
(additional fees for long-distance site visits may apply)
• Remainder of design process: declared on written proposal
CONSULTATION:
For the client who doesn't need a plan but needs some guidance: $130 per hour with a 4 hour minimum
BREEZE BLOCK KITCHEN
The clients of this Mid Century Eichler had a vision for their dream back yard. They reached out to Birch River Design to bring their vision to life. The new landscape includes a stainless steel kitchen with concrete waterfall countertops and a new composite deck with a concrete patio, providing additional room for family gatherings. The new concrete block retaining walls add visual interest and extra seating. The new breeze block wall with accent lighting is a vocal point for the back yard and the home's interior. All lighting is LED and plants are low water & low maintenance.
